Thank you everyone for attending our Kick Off Party for our 3rd Fashion Remix Event. Thank you Henriksen Butler for organizing and hosting the party in your beautiful new space and thank you everyone who was involved in planning as well as sponsoring.

One last thank you to everyone who participated in the drawing for event tickets and for contributing in raising money for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Event Update May 10, 2011

First and foremost, IIDA Rocky Mountain Chapter would like to say thank you for everyone’s support. Without you we could not have this fun and amazingly creative event here in Utah!

Fashion Remix 2011 (October) has been rescheduled for April 2012. We had several design teams who were not able to participate in October and with a small number of design teams, the committee chose to move the date out by 6 months. So mark your calendar for April 2012 and a Kick-Off party this October.

… and so is our IIDA FASHION REMIX event. Get your teams ready and save the date now:

Thursday, TBD (please note the change).

This applies to all participating teams including design teams*, vendors, interior design students & fashion students. *Professional designers are welcome to form a collaborative team with other firms or designers if desired.

Deadline for entries & payment is TBD (please note the change).

The event will be limited to 20 teams. First come first serve – based on registration & payment received.

Plan to attend the FR Kick-Off Party on date TBD (please note the change). Design teams & students will be partnered with a vendor at the event.

We are….

No more tickets are available for this year’s event.

Yeah! We will have a full house. People, put on your make up and your fancy clothes and we will see you in two days at The Rail Event Center!

UHHHHH October 19, 2010

.. more exciting event news: The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation will have a drawing at the event. Tickets can be purchased* before the runway show starts at 7pm. Winners will be announced immediately after. Now you want to sit down & hold on to your chair when you continue reading about their fabulous prizes:

• 1 hour massage session at Massage Envy

• 2 tickets to “BOOM” in the Chapel Theatre (Nov. 3rd – Dec. 5th)

• and 2 round trip tickets on JetBlue (must complete travel by Feb 7, 2011)!!!

Bring your lucky hat & good luck! Drawing tickets will be available at the event:

(1) for $5 or

(5) for $20.

Look for the Cystic Fibrosis volunteers in the black shirts with a CF batch. The winners will be drawn right before the runway winners are announced. Be prepared to step on the stage & claim your prize if you win.

*Nearly 90 cents of every dollar of Foundation revenue goes to support vital CF research, medical and education programs.

 

Channel 2 October 18, 2010

In case you missed it early this morning (6-8am): Channel 2 KUTV stopped by at EDA’s office and interviewed some of the Fashion Remix crew, models, stylists etc.

Watch it here and live on Thursday at the Rail Event Center. Casey Scott will be our MC for the event – just like last year!
