We are….

No more tickets are available for this year’s event.

Yeah! We will have a full house. People, put on your make up and your fancy clothes and we will see you in two days at The Rail Event Center!

.. more exciting event news: The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation will have a drawing at the event. Tickets can be purchased* before the runway show starts at 7pm. Winners will be announced immediately after. Now you want to sit down & hold on to your chair when you continue reading about their fabulous prizes:

• 1 hour massage session at Massage Envy

• 2 tickets to “BOOM” in the Chapel Theatre (Nov. 3rd – Dec. 5th)

• and 2 round trip tickets on JetBlue (must complete travel by Feb 7, 2011)!!!

Bring your lucky hat & good luck! Drawing tickets will be available at the event:

(1) for $5 or

(5) for $20.

Look for the Cystic Fibrosis volunteers in the black shirts with a CF batch. The winners will be drawn right before the runway winners are announced. Be prepared to step on the stage & claim your prize if you win.

*Nearly 90 cents of every dollar of Foundation revenue goes to support vital CF research, medical and education programs.

 

Channel 2

In case you missed it early this morning (6-8am): Channel 2 KUTV stopped by at EDA’s office and interviewed some of the Fashion Remix crew, models, stylists etc.

Watch it here and live on Thursday at the Rail Event Center. Casey Scott will be our MC for the event – just like last year!

In The Running for $250K

The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is in the running to receive a $250K grant from Pepsi. Help out too and vote here.

How will the 250K be Used?
$ 50,000	Purchase the hypertonic saline used in the study
$ 100,000	Assemble a team of medical experts to coordinate and monitor the study
$ 100,000	Packaging, labeling and shipping hypertonic saline and study materials

Radio Appearance

Make sure to tune in this coming Tuesday (10-12) at 9:45am to radio X96 “Radio From Hell”. Donna, Mitch & Shaelie will talk about the show and ticket sale. We only have one week left for ticket sale. Make sure you get yours before they sell out and invite your friends and family to the fun event!
